POA wasn't enough to get account info, then registered POA wasn't good bcs two names on it. So brought my friend to get his account balance while transferring him to rehab from bad truck accident and pulled up to drive through since he needs help walking...gave them his checkbook. While he is sitting there they need an ID...gave them everything...concealed carry permit, insurance cards, credit cards but BCS no photo ID (DL with State Patrol after accident)...finally they wrote the account balance on a post it ..no total repo... read more
Went to open an account . They wanted to know if we had an appointment. And then the woman said she was busy right now, but she be with us in a while. There was one customer In the bank, and two tellers. Sorry we bothered you.
