I recently called to defer my auto loan payment and was denied and told the only way to defer a payment is i needed a job to complete the deferment, because i recently lost my job, i have 4 kids and struggling to make ends meet. I have been with truist for 27 years and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! What a joke! Best advice cash only or barter! Banks are a rip off!! I would definitely give them NO STARS!
On hold foe 45 minutes after my account is being hacked. Horrible music, horrible service, horrible bank
Discovering you have been locked out of your online business account and the number shown to call is registered as a scam on Google is no fun. Even worse is being on hold with your local branch for more than 35 minutes listening to most dreadful music ever made. Do better Murphy Truist
This Bank is HORRIBLE ! The lack of C/S is outstanding ! I have been going there for YEARS and they still keep asking for ID. there are only 3-4 tellers ! They screwed up a simple transfer from savings to checking and THE WORST is if you need to open a Trust account ...........THEY LIE AND ARE SO Misinformed its laughable ! GO ANYWHERE ELSE .............This Bank Stinks ! They are looking for a sale ...........AND THEY DONT CALL BACK !
