Seems to me this bank has more poor reviews then good, not a place I would put my trust in
Not much help For making a payment over the phone make me drive all the way up there and an hour away from home
Tried to get some cash from the ATM but it was empty!
I recently called to defer my auto loan payment and was denied and told the only way to defer a payment is i needed a job to complete the deferment, because i recently lost my job, i have 4 kids and struggling to make ends meet. I have been with truist for 27 years and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! What a joke! Best advice cash only or barter! Banks are a rip off!! I would definitely give them NO STARS!
