Truist Bank was very helpful and friendly
Seriously the SLOWEST drive-through EVER! If you’re in a hurry just go inside because that seems to be a tad faster fyi. It’s sad because this bank used to be so nice back in the day…
The ladies at the Boyertown branch really went the extra mile on my behalf to correct an ATM malfunction. Having worked in electronic banking myself for several years, I known the lengths they had to go to and I am most grateful.
Bank has terrible customer service and they run your driver's license through there system for every transaction even cash. They tell you it's for your protection when there gathering info that's none of there business. Classic case of big brother.
This is the worst bank I was ever affiliated with and they all have bad bank skills and they all have horrible moods and the way they speak to you is so fake. Never ever wanna go back to that bank ever again
