I went to the bank to fix a problem I had with my credit card and Chris helped me, she was very patient and nice, I can confirm that she was an angel sent by God, she helped me throughout the process even though it didn't depend on her but on the Fraud Department, however, despite not having good opinion about them because they have many excuses to solve your problem, Chris was patient with them and helped me solve it
The drive-thru is terrible there's always an exceptionally long wait every time I come here. It's ridiculous it's been like this for quite a while if it wasn't so close I would go to another bank This is just an update several months later nothing has changed This bank is horrible I try not to go here anymore at all The drive-thru is horrendous every time no matter what time of day it is.
