Ani was very combative and unhelpful. Our older client came in needing assistance, and it felt like very little effort was made to actually help resolve his issue. Trying to get support over the phone isn’t much better. Most calls are handled by overseas representatives who have very limited ability to assist, and reaching an American-based employee or a manager over the phone is nearly impossible. Sat in drive-thru and listened to teller have LONG conversation with cat beside me about weather, beach, and Gatlinburg. I love those things too but went on forever. Then I finally pushed call button to get an ugly stare and derogatory comment to car person from teller. Finally a front desk teller came over to assist me. And yes, there were cars behind us in both lanes. Gotta do better Truist!

Juan was excellent he showed great customer service and was knowledgeable. My daughter and I appreciate his help. My daughter said she hope she gets him every time ☺️.
Truist should require most of the employees at the Mocksville NC branch to complete advanced customer service training. They are rude and hateful . Don't bother trying to call the branch to speak with someone because they take the phone off the hook and it just rings busy for hours!!!! It's worth the drive to go to the Bermuda Run branch. James (i think is he is the manager) is AWESOME!!!!! Very friendly and very helpful.
