I've been banking with this place over 40 years (originally BB&T). I recently lost my license & am waiting for the NCDMV to send duplicate. Truist won't let me access my account without the physical card. I have a copy of it, I have the NCDL # but they refuse to give me access without holding the actual card. Customer service is a joke! I used this bank years ago. First of all, they couldn't get my direct deposit set up with my current job at the time and anytime I asked them about it, they said it was on my jobs end when it wasn't. I went to ask why my account balance was in the negative and this is the day I closed my account because she said she it was because I didn't have enough money but I specifically set my account up in such a way that if I over spent it would decline.
