The service at this location is unacceptable. Every time I visit, there's a long line, and with only two bank tellers available, it's clear that more staff is needed to efficiently serve our community. As a company, you must prioritize customer service and allocate adequate resources. This situation is out of control and needs immediate attention.
Super slow, always a full lobby waiting. Seem to always be understaffed and no sense of urgency.

If you’re setting up a business account with Truist bank, go speak to Alex Horta. If I could give her 20 a star review I would. She is absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about her and Truist bank.
Pam and her team are amazing! I had a problem with a foreign currency transaction that did not arrive at the time promised(no fault of theirs). Pam and her team did an amazing job at handling this manner and kept me in the loop along the way. Luckily the issue I had was resolved today thanks to them. Thank you Pam and the Truist team again!
