This branch is not interested in doing business with their clients. At no point can you get anything resolved? They have no desire to help besides basic deposits and withdrawals and the process is just inundated with inefficiencies and a waste of time. The branch manager is never helpful and I don’t even think Truist has any personal bankers to really assist. I’ll be damned I give these people my mortgage or investment accounts. Waste of time.
Good customer service
Pathetic group of people on ground. Over the last two years the service level has deteriorated. Staff think they do favour to the customer. Think thrice before you even open the account. Christina is the worse to get served from.
Do not bank with them!! I repeat stay far away!! I had an account with them and without warning, my account was closed. I called the branch and this woman who answered sounds like an old lady was very rude. Truist is the absolute worst bank. They do not value customers.
