Good customer service
Pathetic group of people on ground. Over the last two years the service level has deteriorated. Staff think they do favour to the customer. Think thrice before you even open the account. Christina is the worse to get served from.
Do not bank with them!! I repeat stay far away!! I had an account with them and without warning, my account was closed. I called the branch and this woman who answered sounds like an old lady was very rude. Truist is the absolute worst bank. They do not value customers.
I cannot put into words how much the people at this bank helped me. I was recently scammed out of a large sum of money and the staff here truly put in so much work to help make the situation right I cannot thank them enough. Miss Sonia is one of the best customer service people I’ve ever worked with.
