The associates here are great!! However, corporate needs to help them out by providing more help!! Almost every time I come in, there is a line of people waiting and only 1 or 2 tellers available, but mostly only 1. Too much traffic to have so little help. TO TRUIST CORPORATE: You are not providing your workers with enough help and it is an incredible burden on your workers AND your clientele. This bank has the craziest rules for business accounts. I will never bank with them. They don’t tell you if your deposit has a mistake they charge you if there is a mistake and they stay open until 5 but don’t take deposits after 4:30 (any more) wth. Oh and I stood in line for a good 10 minutes before getting to the counter at 4:33
I'm not sure if the other bankers had a bad experience one time but I never really had 1 and I go there 2 to 3 times a week, the ATM never been down when went and multiple people greet me every time I go in there, the property is fairly small so the space is limited and it's pretty tight going around after you use the ATM but other than that good service
