When entering the bank, greetings are professional. However, just getting a returned phone call as promised is non-existent. We were promised a return phone call nearly 1 week ago regarding opening a retirement account and to-date it hasn't happened.
it’s a guy that’s running the tubes very unprofessional, helping everybody else before me because they have an account which i was here first !
They never answer the phone, and never return phone calls. I'm going to check other Banks to see if their rates are competitive which I'm sure they are. Terrible customer service
