What are banks for? I went to National Penn Bank in Sellersville to break a $20 bill and you would think I was trying to pull a fast one over on them. They said I had to have an account - They said they would do this one time and not again? What?!? They asked my name, etc. Please tell me when banks stopped accepting our change to count and now have decided they cannot break large bills? Why do we need them. Do not go to this unfriendly bank.
this is the best bank in the area,and the longest i have ever been satisfied to the point in which i actually stayed with a bank for over a year.so far SUNTRUST has never lied or had me pay outrageous fees for overdrafts,etc.BANK WITH SUNTRUST.
My wife and I have been customers of BB&T for years..but the Tightsqueeze bank is having real problems being user friendly. We have tried repeatedly to change the date of payment for a loan, and it has promised four times..never changed. Today, I called, and got a curious recording, on a loop, over and over. Is anyone home, folks? We love the bank, but are baffled by being put off. This is poor performance..and there is no excuse for it, sadly.

Rude tellers. Overdraft fees when there is no overdraft. Nice lobby. Changing banks soon.
BB&T is a fantastic bank, however - this branch is unlike all the others. I feel the personal are rude, I never feel welcomed, and have been looked at and ignored in the drive-thru window as if I shouldn't be there. I've notified BB&T corporate on this location so they can hopefully rectify the situation. I would recommend driving farther down the street if you need to go to the bank and use another BB&T.
