I wanted to share my most recent experience at the bank. IT WAS GREAT!!! Everyone is friendly, they smile when you walk in and say "Hello!" I had an issue with my business account and they were very helpful in walking me through the process to rectify the problem. Thank You!

I did not like customer service.took 15 mns to make a withdrawal. She questioned me like I was committing fraud.kept looking over my id.
