I had a schedule appointment at the Catonville office at 2:30 on Wednesday - when I arrived I was told that the person who was to see me just walked out the bank - the teller told me his name was James and asked me could I wait 10 minutes - I told him no and left. If I could put a negative star here…I would! Heartless, Feckless Bank. If ya ever talk to the branch manager-make sure YOU cover your ass because she assuredly will NOT tell you everything you need to know. She says…”she’s too busy” to help you not get screwed over. It’s all “your responsibility to understand all the written gibberish when you’re signed on to someone else’s account for emergency only. They will take every penny out of your account and not give a 💩. #useless
Stopped in to get change for a twenty. Cashier asked me if I had an account with them?? Since I did not I could not get change!!! They have lost my business now and in the future. I will also relate this story to anyone who would think of opening accounts with them.
After being a customer for 3 years and moving money back and forth through this account the branch was happy to let me know that policy means more than the customer. For 3 years I have consistently cashed my payroll check every week at this branch with no issues. A new teller Lakansha informed me that I could only deposit the payroll checks that have been being cashed at this branch.
