They dropped the ball twice. They took my money after I stop payment and I paid for it and still waiting to get my money back. They’re doing an investigation when it was their fault. This is twice they’ve done this don’t go to them. They are the worst Bank ever.

This is the absolute best branch that Truist has! The entire staff is competent and works quickly to get you in and out. Ashley and Amanda have been a wonderful help and always go out of their way to help when needed. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
