Been banking at this branch for many years now. Great service by the teller team and team of Jennifer Ky & Rubel. Jennifer Ky, especially is a great banker. She goes extra mile to provide best customer service, help the customers and help them Truist products that meet their needs. Very professional and passionate about her commitment to customer service.
Branch manager Brenda Dua was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this branch
This brand was short staffs in compare with others, however Mrs Brenda , and Mrs. Jennifer were always helpful to help for the customers. They were both listening to what the customers needed , and delivered the results. Thanks Truist for having excellent employees.
I will preface this by stating Truist may be one of the worst banks in existence, which is an overarching consensus that reflects this individual bank and all Truist bank entities. Without getting into too much detail, I entered the branch in question with a problem, and I am woefully unconvinced the branch did all they could to resolve the problem. I can't blame them entirely as the issue at hand is a bigger Truist issue, but it would not have taken much effort for this branch to make a phone call and escalate my issue. It ... read more
I had the most wonderful experience at this bank and it was due mostly to the excellent banker Jennifer Ky. I botched a wire transfer that had to be completed before I left town. Jennifer was professional and reassuring as she helped me sort it out. It was because of her that me and my team were able to submit our transfer and purchase a business! Thanks again
