I went to a Truist branch on RT 50 in Chantilly to get a check cashed written from a Truist account to my name and was told that it would cost me $8.00 because I am not a Truist customer. I have never heard of such policy that a Truist check cannot be cashed at a Truist bank. It is such a big ripoff!!! Reply to your explanation below: a check written from a Truist account holder payable to someone should not be denied because there is "cost" involved. You should check the legality of your action/reply
