I exclusively bank with Truist for all 7 of my businesses. I do commerical deposits multiple times in a week every week. I don't use this location often unless I have urgency. Today was a lucky day for me. Went in to deposit some cash, few checks for 2 different businesses. I had bills separated by denomination and had them in bundles of 100 bills and handed to the teller. The representatives have a lack of professionalism when answering the phone and their bankers do not return calls and left me in limbo for weeks. It seems they have little to no regard for potential business opportunities.
Awful customer service. They wanted to charge me $8 to cash a check since I did not have an account there. Highway robbery!!!! Another reason not to bank there
