If you don’t go to the bank and renew yourself then it will stay at 0.05% on your next term. Why have the automatic renewal option when you don’t offer the current market rate like other banks? Why have to go to the actual bank when almost every bank and everything is now online?

This bank is a joke I opened an account with them about a week ago and I couldn’t even open my online banking because I never received my password. Then I try contacting the lady who made my account and she won’t even help, the won’t even answer their calls neither call you back. Now I get my debit card and I try to activate as I do it and I try to buy something the card won’t even work.
