Mary Lou berk is the banker down in the Bristol location and she is SHARP! She knows her buisness and an asset to Truist I will only use this location.
Worst experience. They are holding my check for my review. Yes it's a new account, but until the 22nd?? I don't know what I am going to do waiting another week until I get paid. They are no help on the phone. I can't even cancel the deposit or close my account until it gets posted. To make it worse my account says it was deposited and they took it right back out to put the hold on it. My direct deposit was already verified for next week bc I see that on my account. What do they need to verify then. I can not wait until it po... read more

Our bank branch in NJ was temporarily closed. We were headed that way and stopped in this branch. Absolutely 💯 beautiful and great service. Worth the stop!
