The manager is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to provide the best service and outcome possible.
Why is service horrible at this location last 5 months average time in drive thru 20-30 minutes!!! After bank change to Truist ridiculous I will change banks since customer service means nothing to them
The bank manager was rude when I expressed a concern when they botched up my account AGAIN. BB&T as a whole has not done this once not twice not three times not even four but FIVE times!!!! The worst banking institution ever!!! Never in my life have I heard so many excuses and I cant do this or I cant do that, my hands are tied, you will have to wait until.....they have caused me grief and head aches. Will never bank with them again. So sad because they have some really nice people working for them!
They are the best! Always willing to help and are happy to do it. It is nice to not feel like a a burden even when I have multiple transactions.
This bank is completely understaffed & EVERY time I go through the drive thru it's a 10+ min process. That doesn't include my time waiting in line. The ppl are great but it's always an inconvenience when you have somewhere to be.
I recently recommended a friend to BB&T, and when they created his account they told us the incorrect amount of time for his funds availability. We went back in to file a complaint and after speaking with Kevin Boyette, we thought our problems were solved. Little did we know that he was upset that we complained about their lack of customer service and issues, so about a week later he canceled both my bank account and my friends. I opened up my account with BB&T almost a year ago. I thought the teller"s are very funny & they alway"s make me laugh. But after I purchased a cashier"s check not too long ago I started having problem"s with them. The check was send to citrus county. They sent the check back after the clerk of the court said she couldn"t find a case #. I showed the letter to the teller & explained that I spent 7 months in jail & paid $2500.00 to Jay blackstone. One of the best banks I've ever done business with! It has a variety of checking & savings accounts suited for all budgets & needs, and numerous additional services like insurance & financial advising. And a friendly, efficient staff, to boot. My only gripe is that they don't have Saturday lobby hours, but I don't think any banks in this semi-rural area do.
