Zero product knowledge on their own promotions that they will NOT follow through with. I was given confirmation I had met expectations to achieve their promotional $ to bank with them and received an email saying I didn’t qualify. I called and was told they will escalate this and to wait 15 days. Waited, no email or call so I called again. I originally took out a vehicle loan with Truist in San Antonio, TX in 2021. However, in 2022, I discovered that someone had fraudulently opened two additional loans under my name at a Truist branch in Florida. It was later suggested that this may have been an inside job, which raises serious concerns about the bank’s internal security measures, especially given the advancements in technology.
