I’ve been banking with Truist for quite a few years now but I’ve been mainly stopping by the New Holland branch. I would just like to give Luka a shout out as she’s always friendly and is quick with my transactions and is pretty knowledgeable but everyone at this branch is really friendly.
I would like to thank Hayley! She is always friendly welcoming and professional. My child especially loves visiting because she kindly gives stickers and a lollipop every time. It truly makes our experience at the bank warm and positive.
This is my bank and they suck
3.20.26. Certainly with agree with others that the bank has gone in a hole. Time to change.
Just truist overall is probably the worst bank I've encountered.
