It is impossible to get ahold of anyone if you have an issue here. I went in to close my account. The teller told me that she would close it the next business day & if there were no issues, she would not need to call. Fast forward a month, I am getting paperwork in the mail about my still open account. I assumed that it was closed since I did not receive a phone call. Terrible long wait times!
The new staff of this branch of Truist Bank are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Definitely not recommend.
