It is impossible to get ahold of anyone if you have an issue here. I went in to close my account. The teller told me that she would close it the next business day & if there were no issues, she would not need to call. Fast forward a month, I am getting paperwork in the mail about my still open account. I assumed that it was closed since I did not receive a phone call. I have emailed the manager and have yet to hear a response. I would not recommend banking here.
Terrible long wait times!
The new staff of this branch of Truist Bank are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Definitely not recommend.
Very slow
Long wait times, if the lobby is opened at all Terrible customer service. Check scanners often don't work. Cannot scan checks correctly. No reason it should take 10 min to process a small business deposit
