Service sucks
This office’s customer service is horrible! No wonder it has such a poor review. Needed an insurance check endorsed. Was in the office for 30+ minutes while calls were being made to see how it’s done…to be told I needed to have a notary and made an appoint for the next day. This needed to be done for my handicap Father . Cancelled appointments and drove an hour to the appointment to have them tell me they need to ‘look into my POA’ , which they admitted they had on record, and the other parties had to endorse first! Friendly staff and willing to help!
11:15 on a Thursday morning...bank is dark doors are locked...hours posted on door and on phone message say they should be open.
