ALL TRUIST CUSTOMERS BEWARE - Unless you sign up for Electronic Signature, they hold your online account HOSTAGE and you can't get into it. Found this out this morning 6/26/2026.
I'm in TN and my Dad (in his 80's) made a couple of transfer mistakes in his online account. Gabby and others in the background worked with me to get these transactions corrected. Thanks go out to the Edenton, NC branch for being helpful, pleasant and professional.
