Randomly sliding policies.... two years ago they notarized a document for me. Today they won't if it is a power-of-attorney, they only notarized "deeds or trusts". But two years ago it was a power-of-attorney that they notarized. Most of the things I've asked them to do over the past two years work through a flow-chart that gets to "no" pretty quickly. But yet I always "have a nice day".
