This review is long overdue. I lasted as a customer for about a week before ending my bank relationship with them, which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to taking advantage of their business money market account. I was assisted by mrs. Shirley and I would say be very careful with her. Very Bad Custom Service, especially the Branch Manager doesn’t know how to treat Customers Nicely
Really bad place for international transferences. Truist Rep Ms Shirley has no patience in regards to verifying very important account information with their clients. I felt I could not trust her sending my money to Mexico. So I called my dad in Bolivia to verify an account. It was an international phone call to verify an acct number with my father. She kept talking ovee me and interrupting me. Very disrespectful woman, not worth wasting your time with her. She really gives a bad impression to this Bank. I am not going there... read more
