Really bad place for international transferences. Truist Rep Ms Shirley has no patience in regards to verifying very important account information with their clients. I felt I could not trust her sending my money to Mexico. So I called my dad in Bolivia to verify an account. It was an international phone call to verify an acct number with my father. She kept talking ovee me and interrupting me. Very disrespectful woman, not worth wasting your time with her. She really gives a bad impression to this Bank. I am not going there... read more

This branch has set me up for failure about 4/5 times I have visited. As a business owner they have no interested in setting me up for success and assisting me in financial decisions. They constantly open cards in my bank that I did not ask for, go on 1 hour lunches during peak hours, and cannot provide me accurate banking information. I would pay money to have this location replaced with a Chuck E. cheese; something that would provide our community with much more benefit.

While depositing a check through the drive-thru, the teller rushed to withdraw and lost it. But they tried not to help anything. I requested to watch the CCTV. Even though they found the check inside later, they complained that I didn't put it back in the deposit drawer the way it was supposed to. I am pretty sure I did right way. They didn't apologize and treated me like an idiot who didn't know how to deposit money. They are very rude and mean.
