Dear Truist Bank Management, I have been a loyal client since the SunTrust days, but since the transition to Truist Bank, the level of service has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I have consistently encountered unprofessional behavior and poor attitudes from associates. When I raise an issue, they often promise to call back — yet I rarely receive any follow-up. I lost $3,650.00 due to a fraudulent cashier’s check scam, and my bank of six years took zero responsibility. A scammer sent me a fake cashier’s check, and I deposited it without any warning or red flags from the bank. I refunded the full amount via Venmo — and only days later, the check bounced.
