Despite not having an account and us showing up literally at 11:55am on saturday when they close at noon...they were very nice. Cashed a check drawn on their bank without any problems
Nick, the branch manager of the Waynesville branch is amazing. My experience with him was that he was very personable And handle every detail of the transaction I needed accomplished. You are very lucky to have this young man in the Branch. I understand he’s new in from New York so we are happy. He’s here. Take care and we wish you and the bank all the best.
Don't bother calling - they won't answer.
A competing bank put a hold on a large check after telling me that they wouldn’t. Nick, the manager at Truist went out of his way to help me out of a tight spot going into a Holiday weekend. Nick showed excellent customer service skills in a world where they are becoming non existent. I highly recommend Nick and the Waynesville Truist for your banking needs.
