Stay away from BB&T. Take your business anywhere else and you’ll be in better hands. All they care about it making money and taking advantage of clients. Customer service will have you on hold for two hours only to be rude to you and hang up on you. They snowball overdraft fees to make as much money off of you as possible. Marissa is not helpful or even eager to assist. She is not the manager but acts like she runs the place but won't just assist. She knows the information you need but she won't give it to you and she would not help based on the information she knows. Now on several occasions that; she frowns, I've seen a big question mark on her forehead, not so kind and not so polite. She put you on a very long hold and a very long wait.
