I have a equity line of credit that the staff at the bank helped me obtain seamless. Recently I had a mistake selecting principal only payment on the line of credit that I had made. I went to bank to have it change to a normal payment. Nadia the bank leader immediately went to work with good attitude to fix my mistake. A few days later later Nadia took the time to call me to let me know the mistake had been corrected and processed without a penalty to pay. That’s what I call customer service.
Took 35 minutes and 3 people for something that should have taken 2 minutes. Nice enough people but need to learn.
