Was told when I opened the account there was free overdraft protection, got hit with multiple overdrafts and when I call they said overdraft protection was never enabled. They clicked a button and it was enabled!! Never got any alerts or emails or nothing.. AND they refuse to refund my overdraft fees! I’ll be looking elsewhere for my business banking where they don’t hit you with little jabs without letting you know
