The local staff has been fabulous to me for years. Every time I needed something, they came to my aid.
Customer service really sux
This bank is stupid. They mark every transaction fraudulent and hold your money hostage!I'm pretty sur re the practices if this company is illegal. I am leaving this bank as soon as my check starts clearing my other one! Stay away!!! Would give 0 stars if possible!
I've always had good experiences with this bank specifically my local branch. Today someone attempted a fraudulent charge to my account and they instantly denied it and made quick communication with me to have it taken care of.
