Only have one teller working inside teller stations and drive thru stations on many occasions. When I asked the manager why , he got an attitude and was very condescending.. Zero customer service...
Let's just say this........" Now I know why this Bank has such a low rating. " What happened to Gratitude......or just simply putting a smile on your face ..? Or speaking a kind word just because you know it's the right thing to do .? " I Believe Humanity is in a bit of trouble.!"
The worst bank I have ever been to in my life tried to take a check and cash it and they refused because a bullshit excuse, took it to another truist in another town and had absolutely no problem I wouldn't go here if this was the last bank in existence!!!!
