Couldn't get anything done with the Truist call line. Called Truist Oneonta and they took care of me. Nice lady as well.
Loan rates are high, savings rates are low.
Slow! It took 15+ minutes to cash a check. There wasn't any other customers, so I don't understand what the hold up was. It was absolutely ridiculous!
I have had many problems with them over the years and haven’t switched because people are having the same problems with other banks. Today I realized my car payment had not been taken out of my account even though it’s set for auto pay and BBT shows it was made with a reference number. Called my finance company and NO BBT did not make the payment at all. This is the final issue I will have with them. Time to change banks!
