"The bank is not the problem, it's the employees that work there. All I wanted to do was go to the drive up & make a deposit. I was given a very hard time. Why does Truist have to be so difficult to deal with? This isn't the first time I had a problem.
A new bank with a shady future. Don’t let them push their products onto you. Banking should not be confusing. If you can’t understand it, there’s a reason. Keep an eye on these guys.
