Worst customer service the 2 girls in window r extremely rude. They have to be trained to do better customer service.
Never, ever enough staff working at this location, even before it became Truist. I just left to go to another location.
Banks like this is why i’m switching to an all online bank, monday am , how many people are working ? 2? the point of drive thrus is convenience right ? had to wait behind only one other car for 15 mins . this is unacceptable. i forgave them two weeks ago when i was first one in line and no one bothered to come to window , i looked in and one lady was on her phone ,.
Horrible location. Customers service sucks and they seem to decide who gets good service. They held my money for no reason and once told me I had to wait months to get access to funds that were mine. Obviously a deeper story than that and the truth was I did not. Just visit the atm or go to the other location. They know what they are doing and know that we are there customers and not an enemy.
