I don't know who the Spanish girl is that works there, but she is always discontent, rude and lacks customer service skills severely.
Went in to get something notarized and the bank leader looked at me with disgust then sighed and said, “just take a seat and wait,” then proceeded to chat with a colleague while 3+ people were waiting. He went back to his office, left the door open, and aggressively told a customer she has a negative balance along with other personal information for all to hear. I waited for 15 min and left for a different bank I use. Bank tellers seem personable and kind, but don’t go in for any other reason (particularly when in a rush).
Exceptional service. The staff there is amazing. Especially Henok, thank you so much for taking your time to assist me with all my questions. Your greeting is welcoming. See you again soon.
I drive out of my way to bank at this location. They're very professional, friendly and competent. Thank you!
