The bank lead on 6/19/26 I had a lost check she told me she would not had bothered with the amount of my lost check was never liked Truist they hire uneducated and no class employees. I never asked her what she would of done and you never know what someone needs money for.
They never answer the phone.
One of the better Truist banks in the area. I’ve never had any issues at this bank. Everyone is pleasant and eager to assist. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are taken care of. No stars. They are incapable of running a bank that assists people correctly. Not only will they collect deposits on Saturday, they will not forward the amount processed until Monday. Although other banks will.
