I just got a useless ripped 20 dollar bill from the atm machine that the machine won't even take back because it's torn and I know someone at the bank purposely put it in there because the money counter or someone there would have noticed it just like the atm noticed it after I tried to give it back now I get stuck with a 20 dollar bill I can't use smh
Sitting in line for 10-15 mins. Was the only car smh.
