I have had an account with Truist since their transition from Bbt. I can say that their customer service is awesome.From the moment you walk into a branch you recieve t a friendly greeting . Then the times where you have certain questions regarding account details where my questions have always been answered in plain understandable English. Very disappointed with this bank and this branch. I opened my business account here 6 months ago. When I transfer funds online from my Truist checking to my Truist credit card to pay off my balance, the transaction does not post for 6-7 days. This is inexplicable, and causes me stress. On several occasions I have scheduled an appointment to meet with a banker in person and arrived on time, only to have to wait up to an hour to be seen. This occurred again today.
