Rachel did a great job
I had a fantastic experience with Rachel this morning. She was very friendly, polite and comforting during my experience. I usually have numerous difficulties getting the masks to fit correctly to get a pass score. This morning Rachel was very professional and guided me to successfully position my masks first go to get two pass marks. Thank you so much for your effort and expertise Rachel. It was greatly appreciated ! :)
