Scott came out and wrecked my lawn so badly that I told him you should rename your company "TruBrown!" After I said that to them, Scott said "we'll be out to take care of it sir".....they proceeded to come out and literally "painted the dirt green" to replace my lawn they just killed. My lawn is always an 7 to 8 outta 10, and I thought maybe I'd get help from "the pro's," to see if possible to look better, but they are mind-numbingly incompetent & an awful business to deal with at every level. Julie was not interested in making my lawn beautiful! When I told her I wasn't happy, she told me grass is not meant to be grown in Arizona. I guess she should rename the company for Arizona. Tru-Brown. Very disappointed.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I have had TruGreen in two other states and what they did with my yard was close to miraculous. The TruGreen in this area is HORRIBLE. Not only did they fail to help me make my yard look good...it looks worse than it ever has! ELEVEN months into my service and HUNDREDS of dollars later--I now have the UGLIEST yard in the entire neighborhood. And their customer service SUCKS!!! I have met two of the men that they send out.
