We had used Scott's before Trugreen bought them out. We had a beautiful yard with no weeds in rocks or grass. When TruGreen took over 2 years ago we continue to have weeds in the rocks and grass. I do not pay this kind of money to pull weeds dead or alive out of my rocks and my grass. I am very disappointed with Trugreens service, and will be looking for a new company for next summer.
I was trying to find someone to work with my lawn. I had a great experience with this company when I lived in another city when the house I bought had a terrible lawn. I started to explain the condition of my yard, but the person on the stopped me and told me that they only work with established lawns. I think it's a bad idea to turn people away, with cash in hand, without even looking at the job first.
