Phil Thomas was extremely helpful throughout the process of closing on my loan. While they do require a significant amount of documentation, Phil was consistently responsive, professional, and supportive every step of the way. I truly appreciated his communication and dedication to getting everything completed smoothly.
Honestly the way they waste your time and give you the run around instead of being straightforward is ridiculous. I wasted a month and submitted everything required just to never hear anything from them or their partners again. It was devaluing and truthfully inconsiderate how they handled everything from beginning to end.
Phillip at TruFund was a steady and knowledgeable partner throughout the process of securing a warehouse loan for our nonprofit. I received a text message saying that they had extended their payment terms and lowered the cost of their loans. Just to try them out I requested terms on a 40,000.00 loan to finish a couple of automotive projects so they could be sold and not dip into my operating capital in the bank. They came back telling me I was approved for 35,000.00 on a 7 month repay term. 36% interest rate. You do the math. Payments to be made Monday thru Fridays for 7 months. Not only that.
