Very sweet and kind, educates you on the process and the aftercare very well. She done a great job on my lashes. My first service was lifting and tinting my lashes, I was a bit nervous as I've never done it before, but she was great. I went back to get them tinted again after 4 weeks, the tint holds up extremely well! And it's really affordable to upkeep which is so nice. A little treat for myself.
