While the service has generally been good, the products they sell are absolute garbage. We bought a washer, dryer and range off of them, and within the first 16 months we've had to have 4 repairs done. Don't buy from them. They should be ashamed of the crap they're pushing.
We bought a power love seat and recliner back in February and 3 months later the left side of the love seat stopped working. We thought we would have to jump through hoops to get it fixed because we could not find the receipt. I called and Tamlyn answered the phone and I gave her my information and told her the issue and she was going to research it and get back to me.
