Facility is the worst with virtual appointments. They do not provide the links for the virtual appointments they set up; which caused us to miss one that was scheduled after the main office closed. They did not follow up with us. Received a letter after the fact where they indicated the treatment plan was denied by the patient and that he was being released from care. That they attempted to reach me to discuss. NOT true. Complete failure on their end and would not recommend.

Got a notice of stopping my meds because of attendance. Never missed one time. Sierra is a rude person. Seems there’s something else afoot here. Others contact me for class action suit against them. My bro is attorney. Let’s make them pay the way they play w our health
