This place is a complete joke. I had an appointment scheduled and 3 hours before they call me and tell me "oh we have to cancel because her kid is home from school". Okay no problem I'll just reschedule. Come to today, I get a voicemail "sorry we have to reschedule she's out sick" No wonder there's so much mental health issues in this country when the people supposed to help you can't even show up for work. Avoid this dump.
Overall a good place. They treat you well.
Everything about this place is unprofessional. I've dealt with them 3 times over a 10 year period and they never fail to disappoint with their lack of professionalism. From therapist, to receptionist, to records. For the most part everyone is completely rude and uncaring. I did give two stars only because after speaking and being transferred to 5 people I finally reached a women who seemed semi knowledgeable like she may have actually liked her job.
