Everything about this place is unprofessional. I've dealt with them 3 times over a 10 year period and they never fail to disappoint with their lack of professionalism. From therapist, to receptionist, to records. For the most part everyone is completely rude and uncaring. I did give two stars only because after speaking and being transferred to 5 people I finally reached a women who seemed semi knowledgeable like she may have actually liked her job. I called and left a voicemail to cancel my initial appointment and I got a letter by email stating that because I was a no show, I can’t use their services for three months. If I already canceled the appointment and can’t email them, then how is that considered a no show

Watch the billing very closely. Statement are only supplied upon request so it is easy to be charged for services that are not received. They will charge you, then when you ask about it they say that you "have a credit." I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES THAT ARE NOT RENDERED!

Everything about our experience with True North was terrible. In January 2023, we had a baby, and then 3 weeks later, my husband’s dad unalived himself. So, my husband sought counseling because of that traumatic loss on top of being sleep deprived with a newborn baby. (This was his first and only experience with counseling by the way.) To make an appointment, it took over half an hour on the phone, being transferred to several different people. (Intake needs a huge overhaul.)
