Communication is a zero. They discharged my daughter from her psychiatric doctor without any warning or notification. I found out when I called to make her meds appointment and was told she was discharged. They will not take her back because they are not accepting any youth patients and have no waiting list. How is this safe to have a teen just go off the meds prescribed?
They treat patients in a unprofessional way, you apparently can not get sick, it can't snow and if either of those things happen and you don't telepathically no this 24 hours in advance they remove you from the program then lie and say you refuse treatment. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Weather happens and so does illness within minutes sometimes. To remove someone and destroy there therapy because of it is just not acceptable do better!!! Very shameful, you need to fix this.
This organization is not even worth the one star. They do not care about life happens and they treat their patients like they are employees. Let them know that their patients are the ones that keep them employed. This place needs to close their doors . Do not go here ans support selfishness . Lack of compassion. Zero stars . Including there office manager and clinical manager
I have always used true north for my therapy and psychiatry, and I can say today was probably one of the most unexpected and unprofessional appointments I've ever had at True North. My therapist have all been awesome, so this comment directly refers to the worst and most unprofessional psychiatrist I have ever encountered.
