Despite branding itself as a community-focused credit union, my experience shows the opposite—rigid processes, poor communication, and a complete lack of empathy or accountability. Worst credit union in history! They don’t stand by there word and don’t value there mission or members at all. Gloria is probably the only good thing about this credit union. There is literally one branch. I know everyone in there besides this one new lady in collections. This bank has really gone down hill within the last couple of years. A bunch of random/temporary charges, they have glitches with their debit cards and some welcome you with sarcasm etc. The cashiers are nice and friendly and their summer loans are pretty good
