Truelook was a great fit for our construction needs. The product quality is great, but more important to me, the customer service is stellar. Michael Gruno was so helpful and quick to respond with all my questions using this service for the first time (and I had a lot). He was not only responsive for the initial sale, but also for random questions throughout the project. Beniton Construction has used Truelook on multiple projects in some cases employing multiple cameras. The equipment has arrived as expected and was easy to set up and maintain. In one case, a camera failed and they shipped a new one in a timely manner. It is a benefit to the entire project team to be able to have access to the camera(s) - especially on remote jobsites - and as projects close out, the timelapse videos are provided and are a hit with our customers and patrons.
