I'll be changing banks ASAP. Constantly flagging and blocking my card for fraud when it's not, nobody is handling phones after banker hours so it takes good luck to be able to spend my own money . Also interest rates are no better than a credit card even with good credit.
Tried to cash a retirement check today and the lady was incredibly rude, slapping the check on the counter “we can’t accept this”. I advised I already called Fidelity and she interrupted to advise “we don’t care what Fidelity has to say”, I asked if she could do a courtesy call to verify the check and she said no, turned around and ignored us.
