Angel was very courteous and knowledgeable and gave me a thorough hearing exam and test even cleaning out my existing hearing aids and also removing the wax buildup before the hearing test.
Called to get ear wax removal and they told me they aren’t currently offering that service for the next few weeks. I had driven to their winter park office… shame I read good feedback and I needed asap service.
Angel ( HAS) and his Administrative Assistant Victoria went above and beyond for my mother who was in desperate need of hearing aides. Angel was caring about hearing needs, compassionate and provided important education regarding the various options available. He was very thorough with my mothers assessments and results.
