I was a patient at True You Health and Wellness from 2024 to 2025. The membership terms were never defined in writing, and billing was confusing, with duplicate invoices and unclear charges. Lab coordination was poorly managed, and questions often went unanswered or were handled inappropriately by administrative staff rather than the physician. I started with Dr. Hoff In August. I was struggling with PCOS and insulin resistance. He immediately had me start with a Mediterranean diet style Gluten-free and dairy free. Exercise And meditation most days of the week. Since August, I have really focused on each day doing my best And I have lost 20 pounds. it’s really focusing on the things that matter. Dr. Hoff and Tina have been there right along the way to assist and help with anything that I need!!
This is a SCAM. Very expensive program and you are required to join for 6 months. They promised weekly personalized meal plans, calorie tracking, weekly workouts and periodic check-ins. In order to receive any of the services I was promised, I had to call every single time to remind them. The 3 personalized meal plans I received over the full 6 months (after calling to ask for them to be provided) all had someone else’s name on them and were the exact opposite of my specified preferences including foods I did not eat. Tina is so helpful every time i call in. They have a wonderful facility. Dr. Hoff is the best provider i have ever seen. He does an amazing job listening and truly cares about his patients. Look no further if you are looking for a new doctor.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Hoff. After years of searching for a doctor who truly listens, I finally found someone who not only hears me but genuinely cares.
