Great little bike shop. Very quick, honest and helpful. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs any maintenance done on their bike, or even anyone looking to buy a new one. I definitely will be coming back here if I ever need.
I am extremely unimpressed with the owner of this shop. I was sold an inappropriate bike rack that failed in less than 20 minutes on the m1. It was stressful. After lots of back and forth with his admin person I was able secure an offer of a refund. Now I'm all about supporting our local businesses so I said I'd prefer to prefer to buy a better more appropriate one from them rather than online. Great place to pick up some accessories or a new bike or if you need repairs. Owners friendly offering advice on cycling in the area and the Northern railtrail.

Incredible service, generous and kind. My kids and I came in on a Saturday, and the kids’ bikes were fixed on the spot. What really struck me as we waited was the sense of community. People came and went - it was not about selling new bikes but keeping everyone’s bikes running - contributing to a waste free society. Some great bikes here too for anyone wanting a new bike.
