Was a good experience. Staff and coach always friendly and supportive. I feel better. I am healthier. My gerds is pretty much gone. My blood pressure was never high but it's even lower now. I can control any cravings if I have any which is rare. I eat more and different vegetables. I enjoy making my own meals. Eat out less often. Over all just a good experience.
BEWARE! This place is just like any other weight loss company. Make tons of promises, tell you everything you want to hear, do nothing for you and then charge you an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money each month. I went to True Weight Loss Solutions last year and lost 20 pounds. The best part is that I have been able to keep it off! With every other diet I’ve tried I would lose some weight, but after I was finished I’d put the weight back on. I decided to start again this year to lose 15-20 more pounds to get down to my goal weight, and after a little less than 4 weeks I’m down 17 pounds! Coach Susie is the best! I just finished my year and I could not be happier! My goal was to lose 25 lbs, and I've lost 40! The best part is that the program teaches you a sustainable method for getting your nutrition, so I've been able to maintain my weight while working out, effectively continuing to burn fat as I have gained muscle! And it's all with delicious and healthy REAL food! I haven't been this healthy in years!
