I've been using True Value Rental for a few years now. I started as a very small catering company. Crystal and Josh always take care of me. We rent everything from hot boxes, tables, chairs, flatware, to having them go all the way out the St Petersburg to set up tents inside the zoo. It doesn't matter they always take care of me. A few times I've had to call them with some crazy requests like 25 ft High Pipe and drape. Josh seems to figure it out every time. So I'm going to keep coming back.
I’ve worked with them for over 11 years and they have been great every single time. Krystal has always been a great help
Amazing customer service, very convenient location, 100% + recommended!
True Value rental came through for Hillsborough County Aging Services Dept! We rented three hot box food warmers for a large event. They promptly arrived at the designated time and picked up the items when completed. Josh also provided great customer service over the phone. Thank you True Value for providing reliable service!
